Open Letter To Achmat Ebrahim Cape Town City Manager

Dear Mr. Ebrahim After two years of interaction with the City of Cape Town on this matter, I have come to the conclusion, that the City and the parties involved in the Bonteheuwel Sports Council and the alleged “ Bonteheuwel Facility Management Committee”(FMC), even after having been made aware of the fraudulent nature of the FMC and the contract that exists between the City of Cape Town and the FMC, are actively involved in a fraudulent activity as set out in the South African Law. In South Africa, fraud is defined as “the unlawful and intentional making of a misrepresentation which causes actual and or potential prejudice to another”. The use of the term is in its widest possible meaning and is intended to include all aspects of economic crime and acts of dishonesty. There can be no doubt in my mind that I have clearly shown and no one in the City or any other party has been able to show that a legitimate FMC exists in Bonteheuwel, as no record exists of any General Council ...
